• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes for account authentication. Your registered mobile number is used as the primary account identifier and must remain active.

If ww499 discovers that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ww499. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. ww499 may also report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, including using another person's details with or without their knowledge.
• Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, share card information in live table games, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or loophole in any Platform game or function. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void and will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player, including automated betting systems and odds-scraping tools.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after using deposited funds for gaming activity.

6. Responsible Gaming

ww499 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session duration timers with optional notifications, self-exclusion for a defined cooling-off period, and permanent account closure on request. ww499 will never incentivise a Player to reduce or cancel a self-exclusion period once it has been set.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period requested, or submission of falsified identity documents.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct including fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of automated tools, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ww499 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided by ww499. ww499's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ww499 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. ww499 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform homepage or registered Player communications.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ww499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, ww499 will provide notice to registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, not less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
